According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Zach Guthrie has accepted a position with the Dallas Mavericks and will leave the Utah Jazz coaching staff.
Utah's Zach Guthrie has agreed to join Dallas' coaching staff as an assistant, source tells ESPN. He will replace Stephen Silas on Rick Carlisle's staff.

Guthrie was one of Utah’s bright young coaches and had a great relationship with Quin Snyder. Snyder and Guthrie have a history that goes all the way back to their days at the Austin Toros.
