The Jazz once again cut a big deficit into a slightly less embarrassing one in the third quarter only to see the Rockets finish the frame strong.
Utah was down 17 with 4:15 left in the third after trailing by 26 at halftime, but Houston closed on a 12-1 run to take a 28-point advantage into the fourth quarter.
SECOND QUARTER
The Jazz cut a 20-point deficit at the end of the first quarter to 14 a few minutes into the second, but the Rockets quickly got the lead back up to 21, and they lead by 26 at halftime, 70-44.
