Utah Jazz PG Dante Exum Undergoes Knee Surgery

The biggest development for the Utah Jazz this offseason was unquestionably the knee injury suffered by Dante Exum. After the point guard showed flashes of heightened aggression and a more rounded game during summer league, his progress was halted while playing for the Australian national team.

The diagnosis–a tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. The episode was a gut punch for Jazz fans and has put the team into a quandary at the point guard position. Trey Burke, Raul Neto and Bryce Cotton now find themselves jockeying for position in Exum’s absence.
