Utah Jazz Fall To Trail Blazers In Preseason Home Opener

In the team’s preseason home opener on Monday, the Utah Jazz fell 88-81 to a rebuilding Portland Trail Blazers team without Damian Lillard. Meyers Leonard led the Blazers with 19 points and eight rebounds in 31 minutes on the floor while the Jazz were paced by Alec Burks, who had 19 points and eight rebounds in 35 minutes. The Blazers improved to 2-2 this preseason while the Jazz fell to 2-2.

C.J. McCollum was ejected from the game with a flagrant two foul on Gordon Hayward in the fourth quarter.
