Make no mistake about it — Donoavan Mitchell’s dynamite pro debut at summer league has Utah Jazz fans excited. He was already a hit during play in Salt Lake City; a 37-point, eight-steal performance in the Vegas League has some thinking future All-Star.
That’s a lofty (and probably unfair) expectation for a guy that’s yet to play his first regular season game. However, the No. 13 overall pick in June’s draft is surrounding himself with the right people to help him get there. Namely, Houston Rockets point-man and future Hall of Famer Chris Paul.
