The Jazz beat the Knick 117 – 113. The Jazz played one of the best games this season and beat a really good Knicks team on 80’s night. Maybe I’m biased but the Jazz played their most complete night of basketball tonight. They embraced the 80’s and defended and hustled all night.
The Jazz had the hustle factor tonight, there’s very few stats to actually quantify hustle but it’s fair to say you know it when you see it. Simone and Sexton came out hustling right off the tip, this led to Hendricks hustling and playing great defense in the second quarter, which led to THT fast breaks in the fourth quarter.
