Thursday was a key date on the yearly calendar for, well, just about everybody walking the planet. For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, it marked the autumnal equinox ushering in the first day of fall. The basketball calendar has its own set of key dates, several of which will hit Utah Jazz fans in rapid succession over the next few weeks.
One of those dates is Friday, September 29. According to an announcement from the team, that will be the day of its annual intrasquad scrimmage.
A training camp tradition, the scrimmage typically offers fans a first live look at that year’s Jazz squad on the hardwood at Vivint Arena.
