SALT LAKE CITY (April 1, 2016) – For the second year, the Utah Jazz and TeamSmile have partnered together to provide 300 underprivileged youth with complimentary dental care.
On Thursday, April 7, fourth through sixth-grade students from the Salt Lake City School District will receive cleanings, x-rays and fillings from volunteer dental professionals. The services will be provided in a fun and non-threatening environment with the hopes of educating children on the significance of good dental hygiene.
During the program, the kids will be treated to appearances by Jazz Bear, America First Jazz Dancers and team broadcaster Ron Boone.
