It was announced in April that the 2008 US Men's Olympic Basketball team, also known as "The Redeem Team," would be inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. Two esteemed Utah Jazz alumni, Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer, were part of that team and are to be inducted tonight, thus demonstrating that the Jazz clearly built themselves up during that time.
While Williams and Boozer likely won't make the Hall of Fame based on their individual accomplishments, this is glory that they definitely earned, as they played a role in Team USA redeeming itself after a humiliating loss at the Olympics four years prior.
