Rudy Gobert Named Western Conference Player of the Week

Rudy Gobert has been named Western Conference Player of the Week for games played from Monday, Oct. 25, through Sunday, Oct. 31.

It’s a much-deserved award for the 7’1” center who has helped lead the Utah Jazz to a 5-1 start to the season. Averaging 16.3 points, 15.5 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks in just 31.1 minutes per game, Gobert has been dominant for the Jazz.

The Jazz have seen some different inconsistencies this season in different aspects of the team. For example, as a team, the Jazz are shooting just 32.5% from three. But the most consistent thing the team has had is Rudy Gobert’s play on both ends of the floor.
