Jordan Clarkson is here to stay.
The Utah Jazz made Clarkson their first priority when the NBA’s free agency window opened at 4 p.m. MST on Friday. A little under 90 minutes later, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Clarkson, an unrestricted free agent, would remain in a a Jazz uniform.
The newly agreed upon deal, reportedly a four-year, $52 million contract, means that Clarkson will not only be around for next season, but potentially for much longer.
Clarkson, who joined the Jazz in Dec. as the centerpiece of a trade that sent Dante Exum to the Cleveland Cavaliers, averaged 15.
