When you look at the different situations for all of the rookies, Bailey is in as good of a situation as anyone to win the award. Utah is also clearing the path for him to have a chance to win the award. They’ve moved Collin Sexton and Jordan Clarkson, and it seems like it’s only a matter of time before John Collins is on another team also.
