PHILADELPHIA — Before Friday’s game, Sixers coach Brett Brown admitted his young bigs, Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor, were in for a challenge against the Utah Jazz.

“With (Rudy) Gobert in the middle, he really causes some problems defensively,” Brown said. “And I think that (Derrick) Favors is a man.”

The problem-causer and the man lived up to their pregame billing, leading the Jazz to their first win of the 2015-16 season.
