Jazz notebook: Traded for each other in 2013, Green and Gobert now teammates

In June 2013, point guard Erick Green and center Rudy Gobert were traded for each other in an NBA draft-day deal between Utah and Denver. Some two and a half years later, they're now teammates after the Jazz signed Green to a 10-day contract Tuesday.

SALT LAKE CITY — On June 27, 2013, the Utah Jazz selected former Virginia Tech guard Erick Green with the 46th pick in the NBA draft and promptly traded him to the Denver Nuggets, along with some cash, for a big fella by the name of Rudy Gobert.
