Complete domination in second half boosts Jazz to blowout win over Pacers

“They take pride in their defense right now. Rudy talked about it. We’ve talked about it. Defense travels. We’ve wanted to be a good road team, and that begins with playing good defense, and I think that’s what happened the last two nights.”

INDIANAPOLIS — Two words resonated with Quin Snyder, Rudy Gobert and the Utah Jazz as they opened the 2015-16 season away from home this past week.

Defense travels.

It wins too.

For the second straight night on the road, the Jazz demonstrated that principle in impressive fashion.

After a rough start Saturday, Utah roared back with a defensive masterpiece in the second half to spoil Halloween night for the Pacers' crowd with a 97-76 victory at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
