At this rate, the Utah Jazz should be on the lookout for a third string point guard

While Raul Neto is solid, I think it’s time for the Utah Jazz to scour the basketball world in pursuit of a third string point guard.

Unfortunately, seeing Raul Neto‘s name on the Utah Jazz injury report has become a trend over the last few years. He’s played in just 81 of a potential 164 games over the last two years. Part of this is due to Neto simply being the third point guard and not being in the rotation all the time, but injuries are the main reason why.

Count it up: Neto, over the last two seasons and the beginning of this season, has missed time due to injuries to the following body parts: Groin, ankle (x2), quad, left leg, ribs, hamstring (x2), foot, concussion, knee and wrist.
