With just 1.6 seconds remaining on the clock, the Jazz pulled off a stunning victory thanks to the combination of Rodney Hood and Derrick Favors. Despite trailing by as many as 18 in the second half, the Jazz didn’t give up and tied the game with 22.2 seconds left.

Hood dealt a bullet pass to Favors to take the lead on the Rockets with a dunk, making it 89-87 with 1.6 seconds to go. The rest they say, is probably now a Vine:
