SALT LAKE CITY — Utah’s 11-game winning streak came to a screeching halt as Portland took the lead from the start and never let up in a 100-81 victory Friday night at Vivint Arena.
Turning point: After the Jazz cut the Blazers lead to six at halftime, the Blazers started the half on a 13-4 run and never looked back.
The hero: Portland’s CJ McCollum scored a game-high 26 points and made three straight 15-foot jumpers in a late one-minute span after the Jazz had cut the Blazers’ lead to 9.
3 keys:
• The Jazz committed 19 turnovers, 11 in the first half
• No offense.
