The veteran Utah Jazz team surprised the youngest team in the NBA with a 112-77 Game 1 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals at the Delta Center.
Karl Malone led seven Jazz players in double figures with 29 points as Utah shot 53.
