Senior outfielder Connor Aube has been named to the 2020 Bobby Bragan Collegiate Slugger Award Watch List, UTA Athletics announced Wednesday afternoon.
The award is based on performance at the plate, academics and personal integrity, according to the Bobby Bragan Youth Foundation.
As a junior, Aube led the Mavericks in multiple statistical categories, which include a .354 batting average, a .529 slugging percentage, 51 runs and 73 hits.
Aube is one of 36 athletes in 16 conferences named to the watch list. He is joined by South Alabama’s Ethan Wilson in representing the Sun Belt Conference.
