The volleyball team’s freshmen are killing it.
The newcomers have only been on the roster for a couple of months, but they already climbed up the statistics ladder, and some have broken Maverick records along the way.
“All of the freshmen, you know, not just the ones that are seeing significant playing time, have fit in very well and have some great strengths,” head coach Diane Seymour said. “They all offer great things and some of it is the places that they came from. They had some good training before they got here, and they know how to win and they want to play.
