Lightning and rain halted the Jim West Intercollegiate during its third round Tuesday, and the Mavericks finished fourth after final results reverted to the end of the second round.
Junior Aaron Guanlao led UTA, shooting 3 under par to finish and tie for seventh on the leaderboard with an overall score of 141.
The Mavericks combined to shoot one over par with a total score of 577.
The next time UTA takes the course, it will be in Miramar Beach, Florida, at the Sun Belt Conference Championship, beginning April 23.
