The men's baseball team took two games from Georgia State in a three-game series, clinching the second win in a come-from-behind fashion at Georgia State University Baseball Complex this weekend.
UTA (16-13, 4-5) took the first game of Saturday’s doubleheader by riding a five-run second inning to take the game 9-5 from the Panthers (14-14, 3-6).
The Mavs outhit the Panthers 13-12 in the first game, with four batters tallying multi-hit games. Sophomore designated hitter Christian Hollie led with three hits. Seven Mavs notched at least one RBI. Senior second baseman Darien McLemore led the way with two RBIs in the contest.
