The men’s basketball team has acquired eight newcomers for the 2017-18 season.
Four freshmen and four transfer students make up the new faces UTA will see this season.
Head coach Scott Cross said he expects his new players to work as hard as they possibly can and play with grit to compete.
“We just want them to embody the character traits that we look for,” he said. “You know, being tough, being competitive, being selfless and being a good teammate.”
