The volleyball team (15-11, 9-7) concluded its regular season against top-seeded Texas State University on Friday night at College Park Center.
The Mavericks fell 3-0 in a rematch between two of the top teams in the Sun Belt Conference's west division.
“This was not our best effort,” head coach J.T. Wenger said. “I think we were very excited to play this match, and I think some of those things we worked on at practice we got a little too excited about.”
