Liz Cambage continues to break WNBA records in Wings' victory over Mystics

Two days after her historic performance, center Liz Cambage dropped 35 points and 17 rebounds to set two records and lift the Dallas Wings (14-9) over the Washington Mystics (13-10) 90-81 on Thursday night.

With 53 points on Tuesday and 35 points on Thursday, Cambage now holds the two-game scoring record of 88 points, which was set by Minnesota’s Maya Moore with 80 points in 2014. She also became the first player in WNBA history to score 35 points or more in consecutive games.

“I’m feeling pretty confident at the moment,” Cambage said. “At the end of the day all we want to do is win.
