Every dog can have its day at Clay Gould Ballpark and Allan Saxe Field for the 2019 season.
The Athletics Department recently announced all home games for the 2019 baseball and softball seasons will be dog-friendly. Fans are permitted to bring one leashed dog per adult upon signing a waiver agreement inside either stadium.
The waiver calls for up-to-date shot records and general good dog behavior while in attendance.
The department teamed up with Lone Star Friends of Animals to open Casey’s Corner, a grassy dog park-like area between the two fields. Owners can relax with their pups and make use of the multiple waste stations set up in the park, if need be.
