The USC Trojans have offered a scholarship to five-star running back Tavien Feaster (Spartanburg, S.C.), according to 247sports.
This is Feaster’s 15th offer, though he has given a verbal commitment to Clemson.
The five-star recruit is ranked as the nation's No. 1 all-purpose running back and the No. 1 prospect in South Carolina in the 2016 class by 247Sports.com Composite Rankings.
