The USC Trojans already have five wide receivers committed in their 2016 recruiting class, but that doesn't mean they are done with the position.
According to the LA Times, four-star WR Theo Howard recently visited USC.
Howard recently decommitted from Oregon and re-opened his recruiting process. In addition to USC, Howard has offers from Oregon, Texas A&M, UCLA, Arizona, Arizona State, Michigan, Notre Dame and Oklahoma.
Scout.com ranks Howard as the 47th best player in the class of 2016 and the seventh best WR.
