USC says zero positive coronavirus tests out of 120

Reported by the LA Times, the USC Trojans have reported zero positive COVID-19 tests out of 120 student-athletes who were tested last week. The continued surge in multiple states including California has prompted doubt over whether or not any sporting leagues will have seasons this year, including the NCAA and whether or not they’ll have official ruling on when or if we’ll get to see football this year.

Still, a zero-positive result for 120 tests is a great sign for potential. Here’s the full release form the LA Times:

While the coronavirus continues to surge through Southern California, the latest round of testing on USC’s campus yielded some hopeful results.
