USC Football News: Marvell Tell Out With Broken Collarbone

The injury hits just keep on coming for the USC football team, as interim head coach Clay Helton announced Sunday night that true freshman defensive back Marvell Tell will be out six to eight weeks with a broken clavicle.

Tell is the second Trojan to break his collarbone in the last week and a half, as junior wide receiver Isaac Whitney injured his during game prep for Notre Dame.

“Neither one of them look like they’re going to require surgery,” Helton said.
