Chad Wheeler returned to practice Tuesday after missing USC’s game against Utah with a concussion as the Trojans inch closer to getting a crowd of injured players back.

With Wheeler back on the field, Zach Banner slotted back to right tackle, according to Shotgun Spratling of USCFootball.com. He had filled in at left tackle with true freshman Chuma Edoga getting his first start on the line versus Utah.
Though Wheeler’s return was welcomed, the Trojans will still be without center Toa Lobendahn, who was confirmed out for the season with a torn ACL on Sunday.
