USC football’s offensive line is now feeling the injury bug as right guard Andrew Vorhees spent Tuesday’s practice on the sideline along with tackle Austin Jackson.
Vorhees is experiencing a flare up in the knee which underwent a minor operation after Spring Camp, head coach Clay Helton said. As a result, the sophomore will sit out the second week of Fall Camp, with an eye for returning next week.
In his place, redshirt freshman Alijah Vera-Tucker took first team reps at right guard.
Jackson continues to sit out with an ankle injury, giving Clayton Bradley full first team reps at left tackle.
