Clay Helton will be in Los Angeles just a little while longer.
USC signed head coach Clay Helton to an extension on Tuesday afternoon. The announcement came via USC athletics twitter account.
Helton’s extension will likely keep him at USC through the 2023 Season. This comes after Helton has coached the team to back to back double digit win season through his first two seasons as head coach. So far during Helton’s tenure the Trojans have won the Rose Bowl, the Pac-12 South, Pac-12 Championship, and made it to two New Year Six Bowl Games. Not to mention USC is undefeated at the Coliseum.
