USC football ended the week with yet another Trojan making a national award watch list. This time it’s Toa Lobendahn grabbing a spot on the Rimington Trophy Watch List for 2018 as one of ten Pac-12 players represented. The RImington Trophy is handed out each year to the nation’s top center.
Lobendahn has proved his worth at other positions across USC’s line. In 2014, he was a Freshman All-American first team selection by multiple publications after starring as a left guard and left tackle.
Last year, he held down the starting left tackle job, earning second team All-Pac-12 honors for his efforts.
