Here we are — with both your USC Trojans football and basketball programs undefeated in 2020. And both basketball and football are needed dramatic finishes to do so.
Still, USC’s men’s basketball program is 2-0 after defeating Montana, 76-62, on Saturday and defeating Cal Baptist, 95-87, in overtime last Wednesday.
The USC football program didn’t get to take the field this Saturday after a COVID-19 outbreak hit hard, but they still sit at 3-0 after eeking out victories against Arizona State and Arizona before dominating Utah.
With their game against Colorado canceled, the Trojans are still in the driver’s seat for the Pac-12 South and an eventual berth into the Pac-12 Championship game.
