LOS ANGELES >> When Max Browne was a heralded five-star prep prospect from Sammamish, Washington, he had a number of college options outside the west coast.
Before signing with USC, he weighed offers from Alabama and Oklahoma.
“I was willing to go anywhere,” Browne said.
As the Trojans’ backup quarterback looks to transfer at the end of this season, he remains open-minded, willing to go anywhere for a chance to play.
“It’s no different, if not even more emphasized,” Browne said.
USC recently signed permission-to-contact paperwork, allowing other schools to reach out to the redshirt junior.
