In a rematch of last season’s thriller, Texas blows out USC 37-14

The state of Texas has been very unkind to the Trojans lately. Tonight’s game just further proved just that. USC Trojans came into Austin, Texas looking to rebound from last weeks loss to Stanford. Instead they came into DKR Memorial Stadium and were promptly blown out by the Texas Longhorns .

USC started the game off with some momentum, reaching the end zone twice and taking a 14-3 lead. From there Texas go on a 13-0 run thanks to two Cameron Dicker field goals. Some controversy struck after Texas quarterback Sam Ehlinger was sacked in the end zone, however the Big 12 replay officials never overturned the original official call which was that the ball was over the goal line.
