The Philadelphia district attorney's office announced Monday that it will not file sexual assault charges against former USC receiver Nelson Agholor following an incident at a Philadelphia strip club.
Agholor, 23, was accused of rape by a 27-year-old dancer at Cheerleader’s Gentlemen’s Club on June 9, prompting a month-long investigation. Seth Williams, the district attorney, cited insufficient evidence.
