The USC Trojans men’s basketball team continues to impress this season.
Senior guard Tahj Eaddy went six-for-11 from beyond the arc and finished with 24 points, while Drew Peterson chipped in with 15 to lead the Trojans to a 72-58 win over the Oregon Ducks.
USC (19-4 overall, 12-3 PAC-12) was in control from the opening tip, jumping out to a 15-0 lead just over five minutes into the game. Eaddy came out hot, connecting on his first three attempts from the 3-point line, scoring the Trojans’ first nine points.
Oregon had no answer for USC’s swarming defense, which forced the Ducks into taking several contested jumpers to start the game.
