That may just sum up the social media reaction to news that Bru McCoy, the nation’s No. 1 athlete for the class of 2019, has decided to enter his name in the NCAA transfer portal.
McCoy had only just committed to the Trojans at the start of January and had been enrolled in classes for two weeks when rumblings of a potential transfer cropped up. Those rumblings became reality on Thursday afternoon.
As the top-rated recruit in USC’s class of 2019, McCoy is a major loss for Clay Helton and his coaching staff.
