USC Football Recruiting Update: Trojans Expect Two 5-Stars To Commit On National Signing Day

USC already has one of the nation's best 2015 recruiting classes, but the future could look even brighter on Wednesday when National Signing Day rolls around.

Per 247 Sports and a variety of other recruiting outlets, the Trojans are expecting to receive commitments from two 5-Star prospects before the fax machines turn off on Wednesday: Long Beach Poly standout CB Iman Marshall (pictured above) and Junipero Serra DT Rasheem Green. Green's classmate, 4-Star ILB John Houston, is also expected to commit his future to the Trojans.

USC's 2015 class is already ranked 3rd in the nation by 247's class rankings, and they could jump Florida State for the #2 spot if all three players end up Trojans when the dust settles on Wednesday. Steve Sarkisian's 2015 class already has two 5-Star players committed - OLB Osa Masina and already-enrolled G Chuma Edoga - but adding two more 5-Stars to the mix certainly isn't going to hurt.

Marshall is also a primary target for LSU, Michigan, Florida State and Notre Dame, but any announcement other than USC would be a major shock. While Green has taken an official visit to Arizona State in recent weeks, it sounds like he's also a virtual lock for the Trojans. USC is also recruiting 5-Star DE CeCe Jefferson and 5-Star DT Terry Beckner Jr., but a commitment from either would be considered a major surprise at this stage. Considering how well the Trojans' 2015 Class is already coming along, that isn't nearly as much of a disappointment as it might have been in recent years.
