Following an up and down opening weekend to the new year for the UNLV Women’s Tennis team, the squad traveled to Texas and contributed more of the same splitting their matchups in the Lone Star State.
After losing a tough match to Texas A&M, the Rebels got their act together and pummeled Lamar 6-1 where the Ladies looked like the same team that almost went all the way in the Mountain West Conference Championship the previous year.
UNLV got swept in Doubles Play against Texas A&M but brought the broomstick out in their second Texas matchup versus Lamar.
