The UNLV football team finished its 15th of 29 practices in fall camp Thursday morning at Rebel Park and will return Thursday evening to complete its fourth and final set of two-a-day practices.
The Rebels will host their second and final intrasquad scrimmage that’s open to the public at 8:10 a.m. Friday morning at Rebel Park. UNLV coach Tony Sanchez said he plans to split the number of plays evenly between his first-, second- and third-string players.
TONY’S TAKE: “We’re not looking for a ton of reps in the scrimmage. We’ll probably get 24 good, solid, hard reps with our 1s, 2s and 3s.
