Just three days after having 106 points put on the board against them on the road at Air Force, the UNLV Rebels came within six point of putting up 100 points of their own.
UNLV recovered from its first Mountain West Conference loss with a 94-56 win over the San Jose State Spartans Saturday, Jan. 19 at the Thomas & Mack Center.
Senior guard Noah Robotham said, “Everybody knows we’re a young group, I think the biggest thing in the Air Force game was our defense. Our offense was fine but our defense was not the standard that we have on this team so to come back and have a team score 56 points is just a step in the right direction.
