UNLV travelled up north for the latter part of the Governor’s Series with the in-state rival Nevada – Reno Wolf Pack.
However, the team came back having suffered a season series sweep against UNR as a result of a 89-73 final score. The Rebels have now lost two in a row after winning three straight.
The team will now head back to the Thomas & Mack Center for its’ annual Senior Night Saturday, March 2 against Boise State.
Two of the team’s three seniors will be honored including guards Noah Robotham and Kris Clyburn.
Senior forward Shakur Juiston has been out since mid-December with a knee injury that is expected to keep him out the entire season.
