The UNLV men's basketball team will kick off the 2015-16 season with Runnin' Rebel Madness, a new event that will take place Oct. 22 at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center next to The D.
The free midnight madness-type showcase, which will take place from 7 to 9 p.m., will feature video introductions of each Rebels player, a dunk contest and autograph and photo sessions with fans.
UNLV's Thomas & Mack Center basketball court (Tarkanian Court) will be moved to the downtown venue for the event, which was previously known as The Runnin' Rebel Experience and The Runnin' Rebel Showcase.
