The Las Vegas Lights put on a dominant performance Saturday night in a 5-0 home win over Tacoma Defiance.
Irvin Parra recorded a hat trick for the Lights, scoring in the 23rd, 32nd, and 60th minutes of play. Parra’s performance will go down as only the second hat trick in the Light’s history. Parra finished the evening with an impressive header and has scored four goals in the last two games.
“I had to do my job and that is to put the ball in the back of the net,” Parra said.
Las Vegas also saw a big contribution from Preston Tabort Etaka, who netted two goals during the game.
