The UNLV Lady Rebels took care of business against a young Utah State team on Wednesday, Feb. 5, defeating the Aggies 69-45 in front of a near sell-out crowd at the Cox Pavilion featuring over 1,700 fans in part of the program’s second Lady Rebel Day of the season.
Early on, the Lady Rebels were off to a hot start as they led 39-14 at halftime.
Coming out of halftime, the dominance continued as they led by a season-high of 27 points at one point in the third quarter.
The Lady Rebels are now 8-3 in the Mountain West conference play and now are in third place one game just behind San Jose State at 9-2.
