On Monday Nov. 23, the Lady Rebels toppled the Cal State San Marcos Cougars 62-43. The Lady Rebels brought in their fourth win in a row at the Cox Pavilion.
The starting five players were senior Aley Rohde, senior Amie Callaway, sophomore Dylan Gonzalez, sophomore Brooke Johnson and sophomore Nikki Wheatley.
During the first half the Rebels were able to hold off the Cougars with a score of 27-19. Wheatley was pulled out during the first half due to foul troubles. UNLV’s offense was lacking as they were unable to make shots, causing 14 turnovers during the first half.
